
We were on the 57th floor!!! If you stay at the Encore during the week, I highly recommend the Strip view.

We ended up requesting to be moved and did so at 1am! The Bellman brought us our key and asked why we were moving, I opened the door and from the hallway he could not believe the sounds he heard. We put Alexa on "white noise" and put in earplugs, and yet the pulsating went through our bodies. We went to dinner and a show and returned at 11:30pm to sleep-but there was no way to even relax due to the high volume of the music. We tried to drown out the noise with our own music, but the pulsation was consistent. Then on Friday we returned to our room around 4pm to the thumping of the music from the Beach Parties. We checked in on a Thursday and had a perfect day and great night sleep. We just asking for them to let the rest of the group have access to their reservation! We don’t think it is something that can’t be dealt with ,due to the cause of the problem!… I can’t believe this is the type of service these kind of places offer. They want us to lose 3 reservations because the accident of one of us. We have tried all day to contact and Encore Las Vegas directly to make a change in the reservation because It was supposed to travel our group… but the answer has been: if he don’t show up your friends will lose their reservation too, because he made all the reservations! This is completely absurd!! The rest of the group want to keep on with their reservations and plans. He was supposed to be there by this thursday But he had an accident last weekend and broke his foot, he need surgery…. So here is our situation: We made our reservation at the #encorelasvegas few months ago, via #bookingcom under the name of one of the members of our group. She offered to rectify the matter and book our reservation at SW for tomorrow evening, upon return to the room had a voicemail advising “they are all booked up”, just spoke to another manager who basically told me “they don’t want you to have another bad experience so they don’t want to make a reservation” I feel like I am loosing my mind, this is a completely insane customer experience.… Spoke to manager, she was also unfriendly and generally unhelpful and unapologetic. On return to hotel no one at desk had any idea what was going on and I was told “the concierge can help if you want a reservation”…. Spoke to front desk about SW issue and the gentleman immediately apologized and offered to investigate. Additional issues with room, but they were rectified by hotel maintenance. 1K MM on United so have stayed in plenty of hotels… Checked in to Tower Suites at Encore, first night SW did not respect our reservation time and we asked to cancel after 20 minutes of waiting.
